We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Our full-service practice focuses on a wide array of dental needs for the entire family. From the littlest of children to the seniors, you can expect unsurpassed quality in teeth cleaning, exams and checkups, cosmetic dentistry, implants, dentures, and more.

Please do not complete forms without a scheduled appointment. For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Forms. These forms are also available in Spanish, as requested. Forms completed online will come right to us, so no need to print!

Accepted Insurance

Although we are not “in-network,” we do accept and file almost all dental insurance plans. Patients who opt for an out of network dentist are often able to use the available benefits from within their existing dental insurance plan to help offset costs.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a fee, notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

If you are a new patient and do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment is automatically canceled.
